We are proud to offer the Emmi-Pet oral care & prevention service.

How It Works

Emmi-pet, with its unique and patented dental care system, is now setting a new trend for a completely new kind of dental protection and oral hygiene. It is gentle, motionless and does not involve brushing or any abrasive action.

These ultrasound waves are transferred, via the bristles of the toothbrush head, on to Emmi-pet’s specially formulated toothpaste. At this point ‘micro bubbles’ are generated, which react with the air vibrations and implode. These implosions effectively eliminate and remove food particles, plaque and bacteria from within your pet’s mouth.

Emmi-pet effectively combats:

  • Gingivitis & periodontitis

  • Oral cavity diseases

  • Plaque & tartar build-up

  • Bad breath

Ultrasonic Teeth Cleaning

We recommend a regular dental routine for your pets, and are now happy to offer a maintenance and protection plan for your pets in the salon. In addition, for the best oral health we recommend an at-home routine in conjunction with our service and regular checks with your veterinarian. We may require a consultation with you and your pet to assess their oral condition, suitability, acceptance and discuss the best way forward for each individual pet.

Treatments & Costs

Initial Treatment
£35

This appointment will be 30-45 minutes long and not part of your full groom. Depending on the condition of the teeth and dog’s behaviour, this may take 1-5 sessions (most dogs require 1-2 sessions). 

Add-on MAINTENANCE TREATMENT
£10

This is, as it suggests, an add-on maintenance treatment taking 10-15 minutes at the end of your full groom appointment. This treatment is only done after your Initial Treatment is complete. Depending on your grooming schedule a Maintenance Treatment needs to be completed a minimum of four times a year to have the desired effect. 

TEETH CLEANING TREATMENT
£20

The same as the Maintenance Treatment, this treatment takes 10-15 minutes and is only done after the Initial Treatment is complete, but is a stand-alone appointment and not part of a full groom so can be booked independently.
